Our story
Built from the ground up in Cornwall
Granite Property Solutions was founded in Truro in 2026 by a team of property professionals with 46 years of combined experience who had grown frustrated with the one-size-fits-all approach of national management chains. Cornwall is not like anywhere else — its property market, its tenants, its tradespeople, and its seasonal rhythms are unique. Managing property here demands local knowledge that no head office in London can replicate.
We built our business on relationships. Relationships with landlords who trust us to treat their properties as if they were our own.
